DSKUS Korean Students visited DePaul University from June 13th 2022 to June 22 2022 to meet their team members and interact with industry leaders in Data Science and AI in Chicago. Indiana University students also joined the Korean students. During their visit, students met with data scientists and computer scientists from various organizations who presented their work in data science, including data scientists from the Home Depot, Argonne National Lab, IBM zSystems and Trustmark Benefits, and visited the Microsoft Technology Center and the IBM Chicago office. Korean students also met the DePaul Asian Global studies students in Lincoln Park campus for a fun intercultural event organized by Political Science Prof. Kathryn Ibata-Arens and Prof. Li Jin, Director of the DePaul Asian Global studies program..
